Meditation Courses

Meditation is an art and art is learned from you, from your experience, guided by the ideas of others and their example.

 

There are several options to discover and practice meditation with me, the lessons can be done online or offline, you can either book single sessions, we can organise a workshop or you can enrol to the full holistic meditation course.

This programme is developed in 8 weeks, every lesson include theory, practice, audio guide and a manual to practice on your own within one lesson and the next one.

The full programme will allow you to develop a safe and permanent meditation practice to be integrated into your daily life.
